In this 4 week Math + Baking class, we will explore baking with a curriculum geared toward seasonal food. The end of summer garden is the inspiration for this workshop fresh tomato savory tart, pear upside down cake, peach cobbler and sweet corn bread.

 

*please note this class will meet at the Farmer’s Market in Grand Army plaza and be dismissed from the shop. Rain or Shine!

 

Classes are 2 .5 hours and meet 1x week

10am-12:30pm

 

9-11 year olds

12-14 year olds

 

$400

which includes $25 registration fee + $75 material fee
